The holidays can be a difficult time for GRAMMS, especially when faced with the “empty chair” syndrome which reminds us of loved ones who are no longer with us. This workshop is designed to help participants honor their grief while rediscovering the joy and love that the holiday season can bring. Through guided discussions, practical activities, and shared experiences, we will explore how to create new traditions that honor the memories of those we’ve lost and introduce these traditions to younger generations. Whether it’s lighting a candle, sharing a special meal, or telling stories, these new rituals can bring comfort and connection. Join us as we support each other in transforming this season into a time of reflection, healing, and joy while celebrating the enduring love of family.
